at RED. Recruitment

RED. Recruitment doesn't offer a candidates or clients''reseved access, login or area therefore we do not colect any login or password information. All the information and data regarding individual subject to recruitment are sourced volunteerily inbound (previous the candidate acceptance of our privacy policy) and their outbound provision is controlled by our access & controls of the below mentioned technological systems within the frame and limits of the present policy. 

The reason and legal basis for the collection of data

RED. Recruitment is a human resources service for outsourcing, permanent jobs and recruitment, your personal data will be collected for this specific reason, during the search period. 

The basis for the data collection is your personally and clearly given agreement.

By giving your data by whatever means, you confirm that your personal data will be handled according to this privacy policy and the governing laws at the time of the data collection, including the freedom and autonomy of information laws of 2011./CXII (hereinafter referred to as Infotv).

In the case of a job opportunity or offer, our colleagues can contact you through the contacts you have provided us.

We might send a newsletter to your e-mail that will include job offers customised to your education, needs and talent. The newsletter will also include ads from RED. Recruitment itself. You can always cancel the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe button at the end of the letter, or you can send your unsubscription demand to info@redrecruitment.hu.

The data handling

The data controller is RED. Recruitment & Human Services Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (e-mail: info@redrecruitment.hu; seat: 1066 Budapest, Terez krt. 34. 2. em.; Reg.nr.: 01-09-387952 Reg.nr. The handled data

Our data handling includes the personal data of the candidates:

a. ID data (name, birthplace and date, nationality)

b. contacts (e-mail, address, phone number)

c. knowledge of language, education, work experience, interests, plans and skills

d. curriculum vitae

e. user name, password

f. other information that you shared with us or we have received via third party (eg. referees, partners)

In the case of an actual job offer, you might have to give additional data pertinent and only strictly necessery to the administration of the job offer.

Sensitive data (ie. data about your health, personal life or criminal history) can only be requested or collected in the case of an actual job offer and by an explicit consent given personally by you only in case the industry of our client and the country of employment allows it as a strict requirement. We do not take responsibility for sensitive data given to us without actual demand (ie in your online CV). So please, do not put sensitive data in your CV.

Once we establish and maintain an employment, outsourcing or placement relationship with you, we use the data you provided to us, to comply with laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment law, tax and social security and national and international sanctions regulation compliance. For the purposes mentioned above RED. Recruitment & Human Services Kft. may transfer your personal data to other service providers "3rd parties" that requires it strictly for the correct administration of your employment (i.e. accountant or payroll administrators).

The website www.redrecruitment.hu will automatically collect the IP address and the start of the visit of the visiting computer, and in some cases (depending on the visiting computer) the type of the browser and operating system and the geographic location of the visiting computer according to the IP address. The data collected this way cannot be matched to any personal data and only serves statistical purposes.

We reserve the right to place data files (cookies) on your computer only if you accept the cookie policy.

The sources of the data

Personal data handled by us can come from these sources:

a. Personal data provided by you during registration. Data providing for Red. Recruitment & Human Services Kft. is completely volunteer.

b. Your public data (ie. Facebook, LinkedIn).

c. Data given to a third party, if you allowed transmission. If your data was provided by a third party, we will notify you, and if you disagree with the process, your data will be destroyed. We can also take date from registries where you have submitted your data in the hope of finding a job, with the knowledge of the data transmission.

d. provided by one of our recruitment suppliers that accepted expressely a recruitment agreement with a compatible privacy policy and previously having informed you;

Data access

We will provide your personal data to clients offering jobs or will transmit it in the case of an actual job offer.

In these cases, sometimes we will have to transmit your data abroad, to countries where the protection of privacy is not monitored by the EU. These data can be only transmitted with your special consent and after you are properly informed.

Your data is only seen by our colleagues specifically deployed on your recruitment case and if your profile is transmitted or becomes available by employees of the job offering clients.

Duration of the data handling

You can cancel our permission to use your personal data anytime by sending an e-mail to a info@redrecruitment.hu. To confirm the cancellation, an e-mail will be sent to you to the given address.

We store your personal data for 3 years from the date of registration.

Data processors

For recruitment purposes and legitimate interest of candidates we intend our clients as data processors consequently to a written agreement, individual agreement, framework contract, partnership contract where they expressely accepted our terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

Data security

RED. Recruitment & Human Services handles your personal data with care and takes all organizational and technical measures to secure your data according to the governing laws.

In agreement with this, your data is secured from unauthorized access, change, publication, destruction or deletion. It is also protected from accidental destruction and/or harm, or the end of accessibility because of a change in technology.

Your rights in data handling

You can always ask for information about the handling of your data. You can ask to change, delete, correct or close your data and you are always permitted to cancel our permission to handle or use your data in its entirety or in some parts. For this, please send an e-mail to info@redrecruitment.hu or visit and use our Data Request Form.

You can always modify, correct or delete your data using the Data Request Form mentioned here at any moment and anytime of the day (24h 7 days on 7).

Legal claims because of data mishandling is done in accordance with the Infotv and the general GDPR EU regulations translated to local legislation. We have to inform you that if you find RED.
