Italian Speaking sales support (Budapest)

For 2 growing Italian medium sized companies in the field of B2B Ecommerce and SaaS we are looking for an Italian native speaking sales support specialist in Budapest. 

Main Requirements:

Italian mother tongue 
English fluent 
Proficiency and good attitude in using Excel, MS office and CRM/ERP Tools
Accuracy / Attention to details
Good communications skills (both Verbal and Written)
At least 1 year experience in Sales support or Order management or as Masterdata clerk
Able to work independently / Result driven


Tasks:

Support the Commercial Services teams around the region (Italy) by helping with orders on the platforms, returns and assisting with problem or issues
Supporting commercial reps of our client, dealing with Italian market with administrative requests
Managing request for orders, returns, claims from end customers
Monitor all Italian WIP and help the workshop adhere to SLA and assign customer’s queries to the relevant department/team within the client’s organization
Assist in clearing units that are currently stuck on hold in Homeless queue progression, Sourcing Client serial/part number information etc
Monitor and maintain Italians end customers Masterdata
Maintain Italian customer documentation update in the system
Direct Client (end user) contacts to achieve above
